About Us
Ayisha’s Food Products is a fast-growing FMCG company delivering high-quality food products to customers across Kerala. We are expanding in Kozhikode and are seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Sales Officer to strengthen our distributor network and boost B2B sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned territory.
- Support and monitor distributor performance to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in the market.
- Track competitor activities and market trends, reporting to the North Territory Manager.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Ensure timely collection of distributor payments.
- Conduct regular market visits to drive growth.
Requirements
- 3 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG, with experience in distributor management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Kozhikode.
- Knowledge of the local market is a plus.
- Candidate with 2 wheeler preferred
- Candidate with immediate joining preferred
