- Identify and target potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and online research.
- Pitch recruitment services to HR managers, hiring leads, and business owners.
- Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate terms of business agreements and close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and labor market developments.
