We are seeking an experienced business sales professional with a background in outdoor sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate will be capable of creating new customers for Ashish Opticals. The focus will be on creating more footfalls & opportunities by visiting the nearby offices as well as residential and building a good relationships with them.
Job Description
Create new business opportunities for Ashish Opticals in the radius of 10 kms
- Build, cultivate and leverage a strong, high value network of clients
- Develop proposals, make pitches and close opportunities with the nearby companies by meeting with the HR and societies office bearers.
- Anticipate issues and proactively communicate both internally and externally
- Forecast and own quarterly/ annual revenue targets
- Monitor, analyze sales, market trends and develop an effective strategic sales plan
- Work at both the strategic and tactical level to ensure customer success
- Partner with marketing teams to develop out and attract client involvement.
- Create campaigns for the store
Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of experience in outdoor sales.
- Strong relationships with senior executives in advertising agencies and brands, with the ability to initiate conversations and open doors.
- Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- High initiative and persistence in overcoming obstacles and ambiguities.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint at an advanced level.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,888.28 - ₹15,000.00 per month
