Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients who require courier and logistics services.
- Promote and sell the company’s courier services to businesses and individual customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand and fulfill logistics needs.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain sales records and provide regular reports to the management.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in courier, logistics, or transportation industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field sales.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (if applicable).
