Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Franchise Sales Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and closing deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, visits, and networking.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Handle customer queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience of 1–2 years in franchise selling industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak & Read English, Kannada and Telugu
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools is a plus.
