Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer requirements and trends in the healthcare industry.
- Proactively generate leads and pursue new sales prospects.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, physiotherapists and healthcare professionals.
- Deliver compelling and informative product presentations tailored to client needs and address any questions or concerns effectively.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, activity logs, forecasts and market analysis data regularly.
- Monitor and ensure adequate stock availability for product demos, trials and order fulfillment.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and medical conferences, effectively showcasing products and building brand awareness.
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals while addressing client objections or complaints in a professional manner.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including product specialists, logistics and marketing to enhance the customer experience.
- Gather and relay client feedback to improve products, services and support offerings.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity and new product developments.
