We are a growing company in Infra Structure & Solar Power committed to delivering top-quality products/services to our clients. We are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales Executives and Sales Managers to join our dynamic team and help us expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
- Achieve sales targets and meet business growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
