Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive ( IT) to manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. The ideal candidate should be confident in client acquisition, excellent at communication, and capable of driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for company services/Products.(website and Mobile application Development).
- Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reports
Requirements:
- 13 years of proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong understanding of service-based sales and client management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple sales pipelines and accounts
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B or service industry sales
- Immediate availability to join
