Sales Executive - International Tours
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell international group tour packages. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, destination knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets through effective customer interaction and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sell fixed international group tour packages offered by the company
· Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins
· Provide complete information about destinations, itineraries, and package inclusions
· Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
· Ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction
· Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
· Stay informed about international travel trends and tour offerings
· Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or Postgraduate qualification in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality or Minimum 1–3 years of experience in selling international tour packages
· Good knowledge of major international tourist destinations
· Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
· Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record
· Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
· Positive, energetic, and customer-focused personality
