Sales Executive is responsible for generating business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions or services that align with the organization’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Maintain and expand a strong database of potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within the set timelines.
- Conduct presentations, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
- Provide timely reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts to management.
