Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive who is fluent in Hindi and willing to travel extensively for business development, client meetings, and on-ground sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Meet prospective clients, present product/service offerings, and follow up to close sales.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Travel to different regions (urban/rural as required) for sales meetings and promotional activities.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activity, and follow-up actions.
- Provide accurate market feedback and customer requirements to the management team.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel frequently within designated regions.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Knowledge of regional languages (a plus).
