Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, site visits, and achieving sales targets for residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Follow-up:
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, field visits, digital platforms, and walk-ins.
- Respond to incoming inquiries and maintain an active pipeline.
Client Handling:
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.
- Suggest suitable projects based on client requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Site Visits & Presentations:
- Organize and accompany clients for property site visits.
- Present project details including layout, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
Sales Closure:
- Negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and post-sales support.
Reporting:
- Maintain updated records of leads, calls, visits, and sales in CRM tools.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Local Market Insight:
- Stay up to date with real estate trends, local market rates, and competitor projects in and around Coimbatore.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
