- Generate and manage leads for room rentals, property sales, and home bookings.
- Conduct site visits, property showings, and client meetings.
- Explain property features, pricing, and terms to potential clients.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain updated records of leads, prospects, and sales in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate/hospitality preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
