About Us:
Plati India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of alloy wheels, known for quality, innovation, and strong dealer networks across India. We are expanding our sales team and looking for 2 Sales Executives – one covering Delhi NCR and one covering Uttar Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in assigned regions.
- Generate leads and convert them into active business.
- Promote company products and ensure market visibility.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and inventory teams for smooth order processing and payment collection.
- Provide product knowledge, handle queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily/weekly visit and sales reports to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and report market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (automotive industry preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned state/region.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics will be an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month (Negotiable as per experience)
