Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion to sell. This role involves calling potential customers, explaining the benefits and features of our products, and converting leads into sales. Proficiency in computer applications and spreadsheets is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell Karban products.
- Explain product features and benefits to prospective buyers.
- Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns regarding our products.
- Maintain and update sales records and customer information in spreadsheets and CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to customer queries.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous sales experience is a must. Training will be provided.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet software.
- Intermediate to excellent spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position with standard working hours i.e. 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
