Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing directly to the company's revenue objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, architects, and consultants, to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis: Regularly benchmark competitor pricing and product lines, providing feedback and recommendations to refine the company’s pricing strategies and market positioning.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product specifications and manufacturing processes to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Payment Management: Oversee payment collections from clients for products sold and manage any payment-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is typically required, with an MBA being preferable.
- Industry Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sanitary ware sales, particularly in project sales,
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications and a good understanding of technical aspects related to sanitary ware and fittings.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
