Job Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective communication and relationship building with potential clients. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to promote products or services effectively.
Duties
- Utilize sales techniques to identify and attract new clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and sales progress
- Conduct inside sales activities including telemarketing and email campaigns
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or software sales
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Strong understanding of inside sales techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
