Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers, stockists, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads, explain product features, schemes, and pricing effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Support sales closure and ensure smooth coordination with operations/logistics for order fulfillment.
- Maintain daily sales records and prepare reports.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, product promotions, and digital sales initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with the ability to understand pharmaceutical products.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Result-oriented with a positive attitude.
Eligibility:
- Freshers: Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Business/Commerce (BBA/B.Com). Training will be provided.
- Experienced (1–3 years): Prior experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or pharma sales/PCD business preferred.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
