About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth for our service-based software solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our software services to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for software services.
- Understand client requirements and present customized software solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to create strategies.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience in IT/software services.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), SaaS, or IT consulting services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
