Position Overview We are hiring Sales Executives with 1–5 years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably from energy, EPC, construction, or technical services backgrounds. This role is ideal for target-driven professionals who want to build a career in project based sales, client relationship management, and business development. Key Sales Responsibilities Identify and convert potential B2B/B2C clients for energy and power projects. Conduct regular client meetings to build relationships and close sales deals. Understand client requirements & site conditions and prepare sales proposals. Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Visit client sites, participate in trade shows & exhibitions for sales promotion. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to management. Maintain and update CRM database, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Track competitors & market trends to design winning sales strategies. Eligibility Criteria Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred). Experience: 1–5 years in Sales / Business Development, preferably in industrial or technical product/project sales. Industry Preference: Power, EPC, Construction, Electrical Equipment, or other technical sales domains. Desired Sales Skills Excellent communication, negotiation & closing skills. Proven record in client acquisition and target achievement. Strong ability to convert technical solutions into business opportunities. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
