Safety Catch, a leading safety training organization, is looking for a dedicated and efficient Lady Sales Coordinator to manage and coordinate Industrial Safety Training programs in Chennai. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales and training team, ensuring smooth communication with clients, and organizing training schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with industrial clients regarding training schedules and requirements.
- Assist the sales team in following up on inquiries and converting leads.
- Manage training logistics, trainer coordination, and client communication.
- Maintain records of training programs, client feedback, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and share reports with the management on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Graduate with 4–5 years of experience in sales coordination or client servicing.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a team-oriented environment.
