Job Title: Sales Coordinator (with IT Support)

Reports to: Sales Manager / Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update sales reports, MIS, and data analysis using MS Excel and other tools.
- Coordinate with franchisees, distributors, and retail stores to resolve software-related queries or escalate issues to the IT team when required.
- Assist the Sales Department with order processing, follow-ups, and communication.
- Support sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance against targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all sales-related activities.
- Act as a communication link between sales, retailers, and internal departments.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for software applications used by sales/retail teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / IT / related fields.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, MIS, or retail operations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, reporting).
- Good communication skills (spoken & written).
- Ability to work with franchisees/retailers and resolve their queries patiently.
- Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting / IT systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
