Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, opportunities, and deal status.
- Make follow-up calls/messages to prospects and clients as directed by the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM or designated tracking systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status and sales progress.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and client visits.
- Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
- Liaise with other departments (operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Identify gaps or delays in follow-ups and take timely action.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive approach.
