We’re Hiring – Back Office Sales Order Processing (Sales Department)
Location: Vasai East
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Experience)
Joining: Immediate or within 7 days
Role:
Responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of sales orders and coordinating the correct delivery of products.
Profile Requirements:
- Freshers or experienced candidates (1–5 years) are welcome.
- Good communication skills.
- Tally ERP proficiency is mandatory.
- Experience in order processing (preferably in the spares manufacturing industry).
- Knowledge of export processes will be an added advantage.
- Specific qualification is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer sales orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain accurate records in Tally ERP.
- Handle export-related documentation (if applicable).
- Support the sales team with back-office operations.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Fixed bracket, based on experience)

Managing all the sales local & exports related activity of the company.
Preparing Quotations, Tax Invoices, Performa Invoice.
Maintaining Dispatch Sheet for consignments sent across all with builty details & Courier receipts of documents sent.
Maintaining & filing all dispatch related documents.
Preparing Sales Executive Visit Data & co ordinating with them on Field Visit
Co-ordinating for Catalogue, Advertisement /Banners
Attending Walk in Customer
Handling customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.
Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
Supporting the field sales team.
Ensuring that staff uniforms and personal appearance are always clean and professional.
Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
Organising sales promotions through Email & WhatsApp
Contacting potential customers to arrange appointments.
Speaking with customers using clear and professional language.
Resolving any sales related issues with customers.
Completing the administrative needs of the Sales Department.
Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
