- Identify and target potential OEM customers in automotive, electrical, industrial, and other relevant sectors.
- Develop export markets by identifying and approaching international buyers.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and proposals to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to close deals.
- Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain a customer database and track sales performance using CRM tools.
- Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events (domestic and international) to promote products.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
