Location: [Bangalore - OTC Road]Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales documentation, coordinating customer orders, and ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of sales activities and operations.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in setting targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team and other internal departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support throughout the sales process.
- Organize and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing quotations, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in organizing sales events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Track and report on sales team activities, providing feedback and insights to improve performance.
- Ensure all sales-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
