Crack Proof Company is a growing organisation specialising in innovative solutions and services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and related documents.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Assist in responding to client inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Act as a bridge between the sales team, management, and clients to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle order processing, billing, and follow-ups for payments when required.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services by coordinating with internal departments.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team for day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a customer-first approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
