Job Description:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and proactive individual with strong communication and coordination skills to join our team as a Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will support the sales team in managing client communication, preparing sales documents, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team and clients to ensure timely communication
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents, reports, and records
- Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and documentation
- Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet)
- Strong coordination, organization, and time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)
