Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team by coordinating promotional activities, managing client communications, and organizing sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
- Manage email communications with clients, prospects, and internal teams ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls for the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team including data entry, document handling, and file management.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to implement strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate logistics for sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Perform additional duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA, B. Com or equivalent preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Industry Background:
Candidates with prior experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Coordination, or Administrative Support roles within service-based industries or educational/training sectors will be preferred.
