We're seeking a Sales Executive/Interns for a full-time, on-site role focused on new business development, lead generation, account management, and client communication.
The ideal candidate will possess 1+ years of experience or fresher in Sales, with a preference for backgrounds in agriculture or BFSI sectors, emphasizing lead generation and deal conversion. Startup experience is advantageous.
We're looking for a team player capable of leading sales efforts, passionate about acquiring new clients, and proactive in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calls, emails, social selling, and direct mail, to engage busy prospects effectively.
- Cultivate external partnerships with organizations involved in agriculture (banks, BFSIs, startups, FPOs, NGOs, government agencies, corporates) to support the development and scaling of technical solutions.
- Monitor market dynamics and adapt product offerings based on market, competition, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic sustainability initiatives across the organization.
- Establish best practices for analytics and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly performance metrics (appointments set, qualified leads worked, deals closed, etc.).
- Facilitate critical decision-making by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Strong skills in new business development and lead generation.
- Excellent business, communication, and account management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Capability to prepare and present proposals and sales reports.
- Experience in the Agri-tech/BFSI industry is a plus.
- Preferable Master's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field or undergradute looking for internship to start their career.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Freshers/ Interns are also welcome
