Job Summary: Mohr Management Private Ltd is hiring a motivated Sales Associate for our Research/Business Intelligence division. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has a solid background in real estate. Your main role will be to find potential clients and set up meetings, allowing our team to present our Market Research/Business Intelligence services. You’ll also use various tools and technology to help generate leads and organize schedules.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving the company’s growth through strategic partnerships and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
o Identify and generate new business opportunities in the market research/business intelligence marketplace.
o Use various technology platforms to schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
o Support the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up.
Market Research and Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the market research/business intelligence sector.
o Analyze competitor offerings and industry developments to position Mohr Partners effectively.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive sales growth.
Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
o Coordinate with the market research/business intelligence team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall business strategy discussions.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Intelligence, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate, market research and/or business intelligence processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales technology tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Certificates and/or Licenses:
- Relevant sales or real estate certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements:
- Involves work of a general office nature.
- Typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day and may involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner.

- Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.
- Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing.
