Full Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in the plywood industry. The candidate will handle client inquiries, maintain sales records, coordinate with dealers/distributors, and ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and dealer/distributor relations.
- Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and share product details.
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and customer databases.
- Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups.
- Support sales executives in preparing presentations and product demonstrations.
- Track market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
- Handle day-to-day office sales coordination tasks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely support and updates.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or assistance (plywood/building material industry preferred).
- Knowledge of plywood, laminates, or building material products will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in dealer/distributor handling.
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM software.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
