Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, developing effective marketing campaigns, expanding distribution channels, and strengthening the brand presence in the assigned territory or market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and grow sales in assigned regions or territories.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and modern trade partners.
- Conduct market visits, outlet mapping, and trade promotions.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights.
Marketing:
- Execute brand campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
- Develop and distribute promotional materials (flyers, POS, shelf talkers).
- Coordinate product launches, demos, and sampling activities.
- Support digital marketing campaigns in coordination with the head office.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.
- Analyze sales data to track performance and forecast demand.
- Provide inputs on pricing, product feedback, and consumer trends.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 0.6-1 years of experience in FMCG sales or marketing (Field sales experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards is a plus.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
