Sales:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Conduct product/service presentations and negotiate deals with potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Marketing:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content, brochures, and digital material.
- Manage social media platforms and contribute to brand-building activities.
- Support in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (minimum 1–3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing is a plus.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
