Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to drive lead generation and support our on-ground sales efforts. The role involves identifying potential customers through various channels, conducting site visits for surveys, and supporting the sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, digital outreach, field visits, and referrals.
- Visit customer locations to conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements.
- Educate prospects about solar solutions and benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and installation planning.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily reports.
- Support marketing activities and attend promotional events as needed.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing (preferred) freshers also can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
- Ability to understand and explain solar products.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
