Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive who will be responsible for promoting our NEET and JEE coaching programs. The candidate must be comfortable making phone calls to prospective students and parents as well as conducting field visits to schools, tuition centers, and local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call students and parents to inform them about our NEET & JEE courses.
- Visit schools, coaching centers, and residential areas for marketing activities.
- Conduct seminars, distribute flyers, and explain our programs in detail.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and visits.
- Represent Gurcharanam Academy professionally in all outreach activities.
- Collect and report student inquiries and feedback to the management.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for counseling sessions and demo classes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or telecalling.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Confidence in interacting with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge of NEET/JEE courses is a plus.
