Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. This is a remote role ideally suited for candidates with strong communication skills and a background in B2C sales.
Female candidates are preferred for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with leads (teachers, trainers, institute owners) and understand their learning needs
- Convert leads into course enrolments through phone and WhatsApp conversations
- Manage the enrolment process and provide academic guidance to prospects
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams (academic & marketing) for smooth operations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Resolve queries from potential and existing clients professionally
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2C sales, preferably in the EdTech sector
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in institutional or education-related sales
- Team handling or leadership experience
