1. Sales Generation
- Identify and develop new clients in construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for RMC.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations and tenders.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and delivery issues promptly.
3. Marketing & Promotion
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
4. Market Research
- Gather information on competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
- Suggest pricing strategies based on market demand and competition.
5. Coordination
- Work closely with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with quality control for trial mixes and product demonstrations.
