Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Generate sales invoices, process billing, and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Maintain product displays, stock levels, and ensure the counter area is clean and organized.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock and reorders.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Maintain records of daily sales and customer interactions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of billing software/POS systems.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in retail sales, counter sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
