As a Sales Executive in a retail shop, you will be the key point of contact between the store and customers, responsible for driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service. Your primary role is to greet customers, understand their needs, recommend products, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and answer customer queries.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Sales and Target Achievement:
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products to maximize sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to boost store revenue.
- Merchandising and Stock Management:
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store.
- Ensure all products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
