Role Summary
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Customer Advisor. The role involves addressing customer queries and concerns, providing a high standard of service, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management to enhance service quality.
- Ensure smooth store operations by coordinating and cooperating with team members.
- Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
- Provide support in achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement.
- Follow company guidelines and SOPs to ensure consistent customer service delivery.
Requirements / Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in retail or sales is an advantage. Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance, good manners, and a customer-friendly approach.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
