Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to lead our front-of-house service team. The Restaurant Captain plays a crucial role in maintaining service quality, training staff, and upholding brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations.
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
- Assign duties to servers and stewards, ensuring tables are properly managed.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in the dining area.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure food is served as per quality and presentation standards.
- Train and mentor junior service staff on customer service, upselling techniques, and menu knowledge.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order delivery.
- Maintain inventory of service items like cutlery, napkins, etc.
- Upsell food and beverages to maximize revenue.
