Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Respiratory Therapist with 3 to 5 years of proven expertise in respiratory care. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and operating sophisticated pulmonary care equipment, delivering high-quality respiratory therapy, and supporting critical care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform respiratory therapy procedures including airway management, mechanical ventilation, and oxygen therapy.
- Conduct Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT) and assist in Bronchoscopy and Sleep Study labs.
- Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety.
- Collaborate closely with pulmonologists, critical care teams, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques and treatment plans.
- Document all treatments, procedures, and patient progress accurately.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume Pulmonology or Critical Care setting.
- Proficiency in operating advanced respiratory equipment and managing life-support systems.
- Strong knowledge of pulmonary diagnostics, including PFT, Bronchoscopy, and Sleep Study procedures.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
