Location: Fully remote internship
Timing: 6 pm to 3 am IST.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Intermediate Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team at our IT Training Organization. As a recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
3. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
5. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
6. Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent.
2. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Knowledge of IT training programs and certifications is a plus.
