At Kimti Kaagaz, we specialize in helping individuals recover and convert their physical shares into Demat format — a service that’s especially critical for families, senior citizens, and legal heirs.
We are looking for a Client Operations Intern who can bridge the gap between our clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams with empathy, responsibility, and clear communication.
Your Role:
- Be the key point of coordination between companies, authorities (like RTA/IEPF), and internal team members.
- Take complete ownership of researching physical shareholding details and act as the primary contact for clients.
- Maintain and update records of shareholdings and provide regular status updates to the Team Leader.
Who You Are:
- Strong communicator (English, Hindi; regional language is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to solve real-world problems
- Collage Student who want to pursue career in Finance.
- Passionate about helping people reclaim their long-lost financial assets

What You Will Learn:
Deep Understanding of the Indian Capital Market:
Gain hands-on experience with the processes involved in recovering physical shares, dealing with RTAs (Registrar & Transfer Agents), IEPF, and corporate actions like mergers, name changes, and bonus issues.
Real-World Problem Solving:
You’ll learn how to navigate complex, case-specific challenges — from tracing ownership to handling legal documentation — while helping people reclaim their rightful financial assets.
Client Communication & Empathy:
Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills by working directly with clients, often senior citizens or legal heirs, who truly need your guidance.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge:
Understand the regulatory ecosystem in India including SEBI norms, depository procedures (NSDL/CDSL), and how compliance plays a critical role in financial documentation.
Project Ownership & Responsibility:
Take full ownership of cases and learn how to independently manage timelines, maintain records, and communicate updates — all key skills for future leadership roles.
Time: 6 Hours A Day
Monday to Friday
Stipend 3000 PM
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 18 months
Pay: ₹3,000.00 per month
