Job Title: Red Team Trainer

Job Summary:
As a Red Team Trainer, you will design, develop, and deliver training programs that prepare cybersecurity professionals to conduct simulated attacks, identify vulnerabilities, and strengthen defensive capabilities. You will leverage your expertise in offensive security tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to train teams to think and act like adversaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive Red Team training modules, workshops, and hands-on labs.
- Develop realistic attack scenarios, penetration testing exercises, and threat emulation plans.
- Train internal security teams or clients on Red Team methodologies, frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK), and tools.
- Evaluate trainees through practical assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest threat actor TTPs and integrate them into training content.
- Collaborate with Blue Team trainers to create Purple Team exercises for holistic defense improvement.
- Create and maintain training documentation, manuals, and course materials.
- Mentor junior team members and promote a security-first mindset across the organization.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Red Team operations, penetration testing, or offensive security.
- Strong knowledge of attack techniques, social engineering, physical security bypasses, and covert operations.
- Proficiency with common Red Team tools (e.g., Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Empire, custom scripts).
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, CRTO, CISSP, CEH).
- Experience in adult learning or technical training delivery is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to tailor content for different skill levels and backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think like an attacker.
