Recruitment Executive
Hyderabad
We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Executive – Recruitment with 1–2 years of experience to support our hiring process. The role involves managing the entire recruitment cycle and ensuring timely and quality talent acquisition for the organization. You will be reporting directly to the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with panel members for timely feedback
Ensure proper candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process
Maintain and regularly update the recruitment tracker and hiring reports
Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms
Assist with offer roll-out coordination and joining formalities
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple positions
Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn)
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field
1–2 years of experience in a recruitment-focused HR role
Hyderabad (On-site)
