As a Recruiting Professional within our Talent Acquisition team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in the banking or financial services industry to identify and engage high-caliber candidates. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience, all while staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics, working closely with candidates and hiring teams.
- Extend offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and compensation guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the banking, financial services or tech product industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools, including ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
