Manage incoming/outgoing call/mail and deliveries.
Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Maintain and update office records and databases.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
Support HR or accounts with basic administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, or data entry.
