Job Description:
We are looking for a well-spoken, confident, and presentable Female Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Maintain visitor records and manage front office area
- Coordinate appointments and meeting schedules
- Manage incoming/outgoing couriers and emails
- Support administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
